A search strategy can identify the opportunity. Delivering it may also require development, better content, original creative and a stronger customer journey.

  • Implement the website work.Coordinate the technical fixes, content and page improvements the search plan requires.
  • Use customer insight across channels.Share useful questions, offers and landing-page findings between organic search and paid media.
  • Improve the enquiry journey.Connect the page experience with calls, forms and lead handling so the team can assess what happens next.

From brief to implementation

Clear priorities.
Visible progress.

  1. 01 / Understand

    Agree on useful outcomes.

Define priority services, products, markets, customer value and capacity. Review the starting position and tracking quality.

  2. 02 / Diagnose

    Find the constraints.

Assess technical access, content, competitors, search demand and evidence gaps. Give each priority a reason and an owner.

  3. 03 / Deliver

    Complete the agreed work.

Implement approved repairs, page improvements, content and links. Check what is published and record what remains.

  4. 04 / Improve

    Review what changed.

Assess relevant visibility, traffic and customer actions, then use the findings to refine the next delivery cycle.

Reporting should help you make a decision.

Expect an explanation of what was delivered, which pages and searches changed, and how organic visits relate to recorded enquiries or sales. Separate brand and non-brand demand where the data allows. Review lead quality, revenue and attribution limits alongside rankings.

Your proposal should also name the account lead, implementation responsibilities, review cadence, access requirements, inclusions and fees.

Before you choose an SEO agency

The useful questions.

What should an SEO programme include?

An assessment of the website, search demand, competitors and tracking, followed by a prioritised delivery plan. Depending on the brief, that may include technical repairs, local search, commercial pages, product content, internal links and authority work. Confirm who implements each task.

How much does SEO in Australia cost?

Cost depends on website size, markets, technical complexity, content needs and implementation responsibilities. Ask for a proposal that explains inclusions, fees, delivery priorities and review dates. Media budgets and production should be specified where they apply.

How long does SEO take?

Timing depends on the starting point, competition, access and work required. Some repairs can be delivered quickly while search performance takes longer to respond. Agree on milestones and a review period after the initial assessment.

Can AIIMS work with our current website and developer?

The scope can cover work on an existing platform or a coordinated development project. Agree on access, ownership, implementation responsibilities and release checks before delivery begins.

How do local and national SEO differ?

Local SEO prioritises the areas a business genuinely serves, local information and eligible business listings. National SEO addresses broader service or product demand and the structure needed to compete across markets. Many businesses need both.

Does an SEO retainer include every HALO service?

The agreed proposal sets the inclusions. HALO connects wider capabilities when they support the objective; web development, production, media and other services need a defined scope and responsibilities.

Can AIIMS guarantee first place or an AI recommendation?

No. Search rankings and AI responses are controlled by independent platforms. We agree on the work, report observed changes and explain the evidence available.
