Pedro Cuccovillo Vitola is a content creator, producer and social media personality, and the co-founder and executive producer of AIIMS Creator Hub. He is passionate about storytelling, entertainment and connecting with audiences.
From celebrating his South American heritage through viral food and lifestyle content to producing some of Australia’s biggest sports and entertainment podcasts, his work focuses on creating authentic, engaging content that brings people together and sparks conversation.
Pedro has collaborated with major brands, personalities and organisations, reaching millions of people across social media.
His production career includes The Kyle & Jackie O Show, which he joined after winning its “World’s Best Job” competition in 2016. He went on to become executive producer in 2023, building experience in the pace and judgement that live entertainment demands.
At AIIMS, he works alongside fellow co-founder Joshua Fox to develop creator content and original productions. He also appears as a casual host on Unscripted with Josh Mansour.
