AIIMS AWARDS
AIIMS AWARDS

Something was missing. For over 15 years, AIIMS Group has been building campaigns that win Global Search Awards, producing documentary series for A-list talent, launching AI commerce services before anyone else in the region, and expanding studios across two continents. None of it was being told.

That changes today.

The AIIMS Global Newsroom is live. It is an editorial channel built for transparency: a place where the work gets documented, the thinking gets shared, and the milestones get named. Not a PR wire. Not a blog of recycled tips. A genuine record of what this agency is doing and why it matters.

What is the AIIMS Global Newsroom?

The Newsroom sits at aiims.group/newsroom and publishes across three editorial lines:

  • Agency News — product launches, office expansions, hiring milestones, awards and company announcements.
  • Global Work — featured client stories and case studies from Australia, the UAE, Singapore and beyond.
  • Industry Insights — forward-thinking editorial from the AIIMS team on AI search, performance marketing, creator economy, and digital strategy.

It is not a content marketing factory. Every edition is tied to something that actually happened: a service that launched, a result that landed, a recognition that was earned.

Why now?

Two things are happening at the same time that make a newsroom the right move.

First, AI-driven search has fundamentally changed what visibility means. Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and the next generation of answer engines do not just rank pages. They read them, extract claims, weigh authority, and decide which organisations to cite when someone asks a question. An agency without a documented record of its work is invisible to these systems. The Newsroom fixes that.

Second, AIIMS is moving fast. A global client command centre just launched. A Dubai FinTech Hub regional upgrade is confirmed. We are finalists in six Global Search Awards 2026 categories. A fixed-price performance video ad product launched this month. YouTube Promotions expanded globally. That volume of activity needs its own home.

What is live in the Newsroom today?

Ten editions are published today, covering the full scope of what AIIMS has been building in 2026:

  1. AIIMS Group launches a global client command centre built around the relationship
  2. AIIMS Group is turning its Dubai headquarters into a regional growth engine
  3. AIIMS Intelligence launches a UAE Commerce Index built for decisions
  4. AIIMS Creator Hub goes inside the story with At Home With Kyle
  5. AIIMS expands podcast production from studio time into complete media infrastructure
  6. AIIMS Group 2026 recognition now spans the workplace, the web and the studio
  7. Six finalist categories put the full range of AIIMS search work on a global stage
  8. AIIMS launches 6 For 6: six performance ads, three angles and one fixed price
  9. AIIMS expands YouTube Promotions across nine brand environments and global markets
  10. AIIMS launches Shopify agentic-commerce readiness for the next product-discovery layer

New editions publish every two to four days. The schedule runs through September 2026.

Who is AIIMS Group?

AIIMS Group is a global performance marketing and digital growth agency headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with offices in Dubai, UAE. Established in 2010, the agency delivers SEO, SEM, social media, web design, branding, video production, creator content, and AI-powered marketing services to businesses across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

The agency operates across a 22-hour global window with teams in both hemispheres. It is known for removing friction from execution: no account management layers between brief and delivery, projects that move in days rather than weeks, and a philosophy built around being fearless together with clients who want to grow.

What does this mean for clients and partners?

The Newsroom is a reference point. When a client wants to understand how AIIMS approached a challenge similar to theirs, the answer will be here. When a journalist or researcher needs to understand what the agency builds and where it operates, the record will be here. When an AI system needs to decide whether AIIMS is an authoritative source on performance marketing, creator production, or AI commerce, the evidence will be here.

Transparency is not a brand value for AIIMS. It is a standard. The Newsroom is where that standard lives.

A clearer way to buy performance creative

AIIMS launches 6 For 6: six performance ads, three angles and one fixed price.

The new A$6,600 inc. GST production package gives campaign-ready businesses a defined route from creative direction to a usable bank of performance video advertising.

The new A$6,600 inc. GST production package gives campaign-ready businesses a defined route from creative direction to a usable bank of performance video advertising.

Creative procurement should not be the slowest part of a campaign.

AIIMS Group has launched 6 For 6, a fixed-price production package delivering six high-end performance video ads across three creative angles for A$6,600 including GST.

The package is designed for businesses that need enough advertising variation to test and learn, but want the scope, price and output defined before production begins.

It turns a process that can become vague and open-ended into a clearer commercial product: a known number of ads, a deliberate spread of creative thinking and a fixed published price.

One ad cannot answer every audience objection.

Performance platforms can distribute creative quickly, but they cannot manufacture a missing idea. When a campaign depends on one video, the team has very little room to learn whether the problem sits in the hook, the message, the proof, the offer or the format.

A bank of six ads allows the campaign to enter market with genuine variation. Three creative angles create different reasons to pay attention, while multiple executions allow the team to compare which framing earns the strongest response.

The purpose is not to produce six near-identical edits. It is to create a compact testing system with enough difference to teach the media team something useful.

Clarity before the cameras begin.

Creative production often becomes difficult to budget because the brief changes after the first concept, deliverables multiply and the intended media use was never settled at the beginning.

6 For 6 establishes the commercial frame early. The published A$6,600 price includes GST and the package page sets out the production proposition, showreel and examples of the work style.

A fixed package does not remove the need for a proper brief. It makes the brief more important. The team still needs to understand the audience, offer, product truth, brand constraints and intended campaign environment before choosing the three creative angles.

Production and media should meet before the edit is finished.

The strongest performance creative is built with an understanding of how it will be bought, measured and refreshed. Framing, pacing, opening seconds, captions and calls to action are not post-production decorations; they affect whether the asset can do its job in the feed.

AIIMS Group combines in-house production with performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and connected digital channels. That allows creative decisions to be informed by campaign use rather than handed across after the film is complete.

The new package formalises that connection in a product that is easier for businesses to understand and commission.

Fixed price should not mean generic work.

The commercial structure is standardised; the idea should not be. Each business still needs ads built around its own product, proof, audience and competitive position.

6 For 6 is intended for organisations ready to give the creative team a clear proposition and put the resulting assets into an active campaign environment.

Six ads create options. Three angles create learning. The campaign decides what deserves more budget.

Global Search Awards 2026

Six finalist categories put the full range of AIIMS search work on a global stage.

AIIMS Group is shortlisted as a global integrated search agency and across five client programmes spanning ecommerce, finance, B2C, local and low-budget paid search.

AIIMS Group is shortlisted as a global integrated search agency and across five client programmes spanning ecommerce, finance, B2C, local and low-budget paid search.

One agency category. Five client partnerships.

AIIMS Group has been named a finalist in six categories at the Global Search Awards 2026, including Best Global Large Integrated Search Agency and five paid-search categories entered with client partners.

The client shortlist covers Uniden Australia, Alliance Corp, Solar Battery Group, DJI Concrete and Voltas Air Conditioning. The work spans large ecommerce, finance, national B2C, local-market acquisition and a campaign built around low-budget efficiency.

That spread is significant because the same search strategy cannot simply be copied from one environment into another. The objective, economics, geography, buying cycle and available data change the operating model.

A shortlist that tests range, not repetition.

AIIMS Group is shortlisted for Best Global Large Integrated Search Agency in its own right. The remaining finalist positions recognise client work across five distinct paid-search categories.

Uniden is represented in Best Use of Search – Retail or Ecommerce (PPC): Large. Alliance Corp is represented in Best Use of Search – Finance (PPC): Large. Solar Battery Group is represented in Best Use of Search – B2C (PPC): Large.

DJI Concrete is represented in Best Local Campaign (PPC): Large, while Voltas Air Conditioning is represented in Best Low Budget Campaign (PPC): Large.

  • Best Global Large Integrated Search Agency — AIIMS Group
  • Retail / Ecommerce PPC: Large — AIIMS Group and Uniden
  • Finance PPC: Large — AIIMS Group and Alliance Corp
  • B2C PPC: Large — AIIMS Group and Solar Battery Group
  • Best Local Campaign PPC: Large — AIIMS Group and DJI Concrete
  • Best Low Budget Campaign PPC: Large — AIIMS Group and Voltas Air Conditioning

The category changes. Accountability does not.

A national ecommerce programme may have a large catalogue, multiple campaign types and revenue data available for optimisation. A finance campaign may require a longer lead journey and stronger qualification. A local trade campaign must treat geography with far greater precision.

Low-budget work creates a different test again. The account cannot spend its way through weak structure or loose targeting. Every query, exclusion, landing-page decision and conversion signal carries more weight.

The unifying discipline is accountability: structure the account around the commercial objective, connect the strongest available data and make the budget answer for a measurable result.

Search now includes more than rankings and paid clicks.

The global integrated-agency category reflects a market in which organic search, paid search, shopping, local visibility, content, landing pages, analytics and AI-led discovery increasingly affect one another.

AIIMS Group's search infrastructure operates across SEO, PPC, GEO, ecommerce, web development, content and attribution. The aim is not to make every client buy every service. It is to prevent one part of the search system from undermining another.

Being shortlisted at agency and client level provides external recognition of both the operating model and the individual programmes delivered within it.

Finalist recognition belongs to the partnerships.

Every client category is a joint entry. The campaigns depend on the trust to share data, approve change, challenge assumptions and keep improving after the first result arrives.

AIIMS Group acknowledges the teams at Uniden, Alliance Corp, Solar Battery Group, DJI Concrete and Voltas Air Conditioning, together with the AIIMS specialists responsible for the strategy and execution behind each programme.

Six categories. Five client partners. One global stage.

Video distribution with a commercial job

AIIMS expands YouTube Promotions across nine brand environments and global markets.

The formalised service connects campaign planning, video production, channel content and performance analysis around three clear objectives: views, audience growth and website traffic.

The formalised service connects campaign planning, existing or newly produced video, channel presentation, audience settings and performance analysis around three clear objectives: views, audience growth and website traffic.

A strong video should have a job after upload day.

AIIMS Group has formalised its YouTube Promotions service after campaign experience across nine brand environments, more than six languages and both national and international markets.

The service connects campaign planning, existing or newly produced video, channel presentation, audience settings and performance analysis. It is structured around three common objectives: increasing video views, growing a channel audience or driving website visits.

The objective is chosen before promotion begins because each outcome requires a different definition of success. A low-cost view is not automatically useful if the commercial requirement is qualified site traffic.

Budget can distribute a video. It cannot make the opening stronger.

YouTube promotion gives a brand a faster route to paid distribution, but it does not repair weak creative. An unclear first five seconds, a missing proposition or a video built for the wrong audience will remain a problem after spend is applied.

AIIMS audits the available channel assets before recommending whether an existing video is ready to promote. In some cases the strongest decision is to improve the title, thumbnail or edit. In others, a new production is required because the available content was never designed to carry a commercial objective.

That separation protects the media budget from being used as compensation for a creative problem.

Views, audience and traffic are related but not interchangeable.

A view campaign is useful when the immediate purpose is reach and content consumption. An audience-growth campaign is designed to increase the number of people likely to encounter future channel content. A website-traffic campaign asks the video to move people away from YouTube and into a measurable business journey.

Each objective changes the creative call to action, the audience choice and the way results should be read. Reporting should therefore state the selected objective clearly instead of presenting every campaign as a generic awareness result.

AIIMS also distinguishes YouTube Promotions from a full Google Ads video campaign. Google Ads provides deeper controls for geography, remarketing, exclusions, bidding and conversion strategy, while Promotions offers a simpler path for suitable use cases.

Country-wide reach requires country-level judgement.

The service is best suited to organisations able to serve the entire selected country. A business with a tightly limited service area may require the more detailed geographic controls available through Google Ads.

International work also requires attention to language, cultural framing, platform behaviour and the relationship between the promoted video and the destination experience. A translated caption alone does not create a local campaign.

Campaign experience across Australia, Singapore, Thailand and wider global brand environments has reinforced the importance of treating each country as a real market rather than another row in a targeting menu.

Reach becomes valuable when it builds something after the impression.

AIIMS connects YouTube promotion with production, channel strategy, search, paid media and website performance where the brief requires it. That allows the video to contribute to a wider content and customer-acquisition system.

Campaign results still vary by objective, creative, audience, country, timing and budget. The expanded service is not a promise of a universal view cost. It is a clearer operating process for deciding what the video needs to achieve and whether promotion is the right tool.

Do not pay to make a weak video louder. Build the asset first, then give it the right commercial job.

Sydney · Dubai · Remote worldwide

AIIMS expands podcast production from studio time into complete media infrastructure.

Eight studio locations, an in-house production team and connected marketing capability position AIIMS Creator Hub to build podcast properties—not simply recording files.

Eight studio locations, an in-house production team and connected marketing capability position AIIMS Creator Hub to build podcast properties—not simply recording files.

A podcast is now a media property, not an audio file.

AIIMS Group has expanded its professional podcast-production offer across Sydney, Dubai and remote locations, bringing strategy, studios, filming, editing, branding, distribution, public relations and audience growth into one operating model.

The network spans eight studio locations across Sydney and Dubai and is supported by 16 in-house videographers and seven in-house producers. Engagements can range from a single pilot or campaign to a full season, ongoing show or purpose-built internal studio.

The change reflects a wider shift in the format itself. A serious podcast now needs to work as long-form video, audio, short social content, search material, email content and an authority asset for the host or organisation.

A good room cannot rescue a weak editorial system.

Microphones, cameras and lighting are necessary, but they are not the complete product. The strongest productions begin with a clear audience, a repeatable editorial premise, a host who knows their role and a distribution plan that exists before the first episode is recorded.

AIIMS Creator Hub can support concept development, guest structure, set direction, production, post-production, show identity and launch planning. The wider AIIMS Group can then connect the show to websites, SEO, GEO, paid campaigns, social content, email and CRM activity.

That integrated model is designed to prevent a common failure: a professionally recorded show that is uploaded once and then left without an audience system.

Every episode should be capable of travelling.

Video-first capture allows one conversation to become a full episode, a YouTube asset, vertical highlights, social cutdowns, a written article, a transcript and a library of still frames. The production plan determines whether those assets feel deliberate or like leftovers.

Multi-camera direction, clean audio and set design are therefore matched with edit decisions made for the final channel. A short vertical cut needs a different opening from a long-form episode. A search-led article needs structured answers rather than a raw transcript. A paid teaser needs a clear reason to continue watching.

Recognition across hosting, sport and new-show development.

In 2026, productions associated with AIIMS Creator Hub received three Australian Audio Awards: Best Podcast Host or Presenter for Josh Fox, Best Sport Podcast for Unscripted with Josh Mansour and Best New Podcast for MAFS Funny.

The Creator Hub also filmed, produced and directed At Home With Kyle in support of Kyle Sandilands Live, demonstrating that the team can operate beyond a conventional studio format and deliver documentary and creator-led work at national-media level.

A production model for brands, founders, experts and creators.

The service is designed for businesses and people with a point of view worth developing over time: founders, executives, professional experts, corporate teams, creators, franchise groups and ecommerce brands.

The format can support public thought leadership, internal communication, customer education, entertainment, community building or a complete branded show. The right structure depends on the audience and the job the programme needs to do.

Bring the idea. Build the system around it.

AIIMS Creator Hub · Signature production

The exclusive documentary series, filmed, produced and directed by AIIMS Creator Hub, supported the launch of Kyle Sandilands Live and marked a new level of national-media production for the group.

A defining project for the Creator Hub.

AIIMS Creator Hub filmed, produced and directed the exclusive documentary series At Home With Kyle, created in support of the launch of Kyle Sandilands Live.

The series gave audiences a closer view of the person and circumstances behind a major Australian media transition. For the production team, that required something different from a polished campaign film: access, trust, editorial judgment and the discipline to keep the camera close without making the production feel intrusive.

AIIMS Group supported the wider strategy and production environment, while AIIMS Creator Hub led the documentary execution under the creative leadership of Pedro Vitola and Joshua Fox.

The camera was not the hardest part.

Intimate documentary work depends on decisions that rarely appear in a technical equipment list. The team needs to recognise when a moment should be allowed to breathe, when a question needs to be asked and when the strongest editorial choice is to step back.

That judgement becomes more important when the subject already carries a large public profile and the story is developing in real time. Production quality must support the truth of the moment rather than overwhelm it.

The Creator Hub approached the series with a combination of broadcast experience, social-first awareness and an understanding of how long-form moments would travel into shorter digital formats.

The story moved beyond the platform that commissioned it.

At Home With Kyle became part of the wider national conversation surrounding the launch of Kyle Sandilands Live. The new programme launched on 10 August 2026, while the documentary and its revelations were covered across major Australian entertainment and news publications.

Nine published multiple pieces around the documentary series and the development of the new platform. 7NEWS covered the new show’s launch, team and format. That coverage gave the production an audience beyond existing subscribers and demonstrated how original media can create earned attention when the underlying story is strong.

Creator production now sits beside traditional media production.

The line between a documentary, a social series, a subscription platform and a launch campaign is no longer clean. Audiences move between those formats without treating them as separate worlds.

AIIMS Creator Hub has been built for that reality. The team works across podcasts, social content, commercial video, photography, live environments and documentary formats, with the wider AIIMS infrastructure able to support distribution, search, paid media, websites and audience growth.

At Home With Kyle is a visible example of that model operating at national-media scale.

The work belongs to the people who earned the access.

The production was led through AIIMS Creator Hub by Pedro Vitola and Joshua Fox, supported by the wider AIIMS production and group teams.

Their experience around major Australian audio and creator environments helped the project move with the required pace while protecting the trust needed to capture a personal story.

Produced and directed by AIIMS Creator Hub. Built on trust, judgement and the courage to stay close to the story.

AIIMS Intelligence · Research Edition 01

AIIMS Intelligence launches a UAE Commerce Index built for decisions—not decoration.

Two connected studies examine the UAE ecommerce environment and the practical Shopify and D2C operating system brands need to compete within it.

Two connected studies examine the UAE ecommerce environment and the practical Shopify and D2C operating system brands need to compete within it.

A market report should change what a leadership team does next.

AIIMS Intelligence has released the UAE Commerce Index 2026, a connected research collection created for founders, chief marketing officers, ecommerce operators and market-entry teams making practical decisions about the UAE.

The index contains two studies. UAE Ecommerce Market Intelligence 2026 maps the wider commercial environment. The UAE Shopify and D2C Playbook 2026 translates those conditions into decisions about localisation, payments, fulfilment, lifecycle marketing, content and technical architecture.

The intention is to move beyond a collection of market-size headlines. Each study separates dated evidence from interpretation and connects the findings to choices a business can test, fund or reject.

Mobile and payments are not side notes in the UAE customer journey.

The published index cites a 2026 UAE ecommerce market-size estimate of US$12.30 billion and a forecast compound annual growth rate of 11.29 per cent from 2026 to 2031. It also reports that smartphones represented 78.67 per cent of ecommerce activity in 2025 and digital wallets represented 43.92 per cent of ecommerce payment share in 2025.

Those figures are attributed to Mordor Intelligence and are presented with their relevant dates. Market estimates change, so they should be revalidated before being used for financial, legal or investment decisions.

The operational message is more durable: a UAE commerce experience that treats mobile speed, wallet support and local purchase behaviour as later-stage enhancements is beginning from the wrong architecture.

UAE-first is different from UAE-adjacent.

Entering the UAE is not simply a matter of changing the currency and adding an Arabic-language selector. Trust is built through the combined effect of language, layout direction, delivery clarity, payment confidence, customer support and local relevance.

The D2C playbook addresses Arabic and right-to-left considerations alongside lifecycle systems, marketplace pressure, social commerce, WhatsApp, seasonal planning and fulfilment. The point is not that every business must use every channel. The point is that the commercial system must reflect how customers in the market actually discover, evaluate and buy.

Discovery is expanding beyond the conventional search result.

The index also examines the growing role of AI-assisted discovery and personalisation. Product data, clear entity information, structured content and reliable feeds increasingly influence whether a brand can be understood across search engines, answer systems and emerging shopping environments.

AI commerce does not remove the foundations of ecommerce. It makes them more visible. Incomplete product information, weak local content and inconsistent pricing or availability data become harder to hide when systems are expected to compare and recommend products directly.

Research that stays accountable to its sources.

AIIMS Intelligence is building a wider publishing programme around recurring benchmarks, market analysis and commercially useful interpretation. Each report is intended to include methodology, source notes, findings, implications and recommended actions.

The UAE Commerce Index is the first connected edition in that programme. Its value will be measured by whether leaders can use it to ask better questions before they commit to a market, platform or growth plan.

Built for the people making commercial decisions, not just reading market headlines.

2026 recognition portfolio

AIIMS Group's 2026 recognition now spans the workplace, the web and the studio.

A Bronze Stevie for Employer of the Year, four Web Excellence recognitions and three Australian Audio Awards point to depth across the people, digital and production systems behind AIIMS.

The pattern matters more than the trophy count.

AIIMS Group's 2026 recognition now reaches across three different parts of the organisation: workplace culture, digital work and creator production.

AIIMS received a Bronze Stevie Award for Employer of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. The group's digital portfolio received four Web Excellence recognitions across LoanOptions.ai, Solar Battery Group, Mr Grout and Avira Dental. AIIMS Creator Hub productions also received three Australian Audio Awards.

These programmes judge different things. That is precisely why the combined result matters. It suggests the organisation is not relying on one department, one client or one type of work to create its external reputation.

A business award that looks behind the campaign.

The Bronze Stevie recognition was awarded in the 2026 Stevie Awards for Great Employers, in the Employer of the Year – Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations category.

Unlike a campaign award, employer recognition examines the environment that produces the work: leadership, professional development, collaboration, innovation and the systems that allow people to contribute consistently.

For a group operating across multiple disciplines and international markets, that foundation affects client continuity as much as internal culture. Stronger teams retain context, deepen expertise and make better decisions together.

Four recognitions across different client environments.

The 2026 Web Excellence portfolio recognised a fintech platform for LoanOptions.ai, the national Solar Battery Group digital experience, work for Mr Grout and a best social campaign in the medical category for Avira Dental.

The projects span finance, renewable energy, home services and healthcare. They also demand different combinations of design, technology, content, conversion and compliance.

That range is important. Repeatable standards should survive a change in industry, audience and platform rather than appearing only when the brief is familiar.

Three audio awards, three different production strengths.

AIIMS Creator Hub received recognition for Best Podcast Host or Presenter for Josh Fox, Best Sport Podcast for Unscripted with Josh Mansour and Best New Podcast for MAFS Funny.

Together, the results recognise talent development, sports storytelling and the ability to launch a new show with a distinctive audience proposition.

The awards also reinforce the role of the Creator Hub inside the wider AIIMS model. Production does not sit at the edge of the business; it connects to strategy, distribution, search, social, paid media and brand growth.

Recognition creates a higher operating standard.

Awards should not become a substitute for performance or a reason to repeat the same work. Their most useful role is to raise the standard the organisation is expected to meet next.

AIIMS will continue to connect its award pages to the work, evidence, people and client partnerships behind each recognition. That makes the claims easier for customers, journalists, search engines and AI systems to verify.

Different juries. Different disciplines. One connected group behind the work.

UAE infrastructure investment

AIIMS Group is turning its Dubai headquarters into a regional growth engine.

The confirmed Dubai FinTech Hub development will bring strategy, performance, AI, production, podcasting and client collaboration into one purpose-built UAE environment.

The confirmed Dubai FinTech Hub development will bring strategy, performance, AI, production, podcasting and client collaboration into one purpose-built UAE environment.

The next AIIMS office is not being planned as an office.

AIIMS Group has confirmed a major upgrade to its UAE headquarters inside Dubai’s FinTech Hub, with the completed environment planned to operate as a regional marketing, creator, production and business-growth centre from early 2027.

The development is intended to connect disciplines that are commonly separated across suppliers and locations: strategy, search, performance media, artificial intelligence, ecommerce, web, social, video, podcast production and client collaboration.

Future concept renders outline hospitality-style meeting areas, collaborative workspaces and specialist creator environments. The renders communicate the intended direction of the project and should not be presented as completed photography.

A regional command centre for decisions and production.

Dubai has become a critical operating point for companies expanding across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and connected international markets. For AIIMS, the investment is about shortening the distance between regional strategy and the work required to execute it.

A client entering the new environment should be able to move from a commercial discussion into content planning, campaign development, technical implementation or media production without rebuilding the brief across a chain of disconnected partners.

The same principle sits behind AIIMS Group’s wider infrastructure model: the closer the disciplines are to one another, the less context is lost between strategy and delivery.

Regional brands need more than meeting rooms.

Modern growth programmes require a constant supply of usable media. Executive interviews, podcasts, product content, campaign advertising, social-first footage and market-entry communications can no longer be treated as occasional extras.

The Dubai development is therefore being planned with production, podcast and creator capabilities as operating infrastructure. The aim is not to reproduce the Sydney office in another country, but to build an environment suited to the pace and expectations of the Middle East market.

Sydney and Dubai, connected by one operating standard.

AIIMS Group was founded in Australia in 2010 and now operates across Australia, the UAE, New Zealand and international markets. The Dubai upgrade strengthens the group’s ability to support regional work while drawing on wider search, performance, technology and production capability.

The value of a global network is not the number of locations on a map. It is whether a client can enter through one market and still access the right expertise, production capacity and commercial context across the group.

A clear timetable, with the work still ahead.

Construction, specialist installation and equipment planning will proceed toward the early-2027 target. Future updates should distinguish clearly between approved concepts, active construction milestones and completed areas.

When activated, the headquarters is expected to support regional and international clients from one combined marketing, media, AI and production environment.

AIIMS Group is not building another office. It is building a regional growth engine.

The AIIMS App brings the client, the real AIIMS team, live performance, projects, approvals, billing, files and Nova into one connected operating view.

The AIIMS App brings the client, the real AIIMS team, live performance, projects, approvals, billing, files and Nova into one connected operating view.

A new front door for the entire AIIMS relationship.

AIIMS Group has begun the global rollout of the AIIMS App, a connected client command centre designed to replace the fragmented experience of switching between inboxes, reporting dashboards, project tools, file links and billing portals.

The product is built around a simple principle: a client should not have to reconstruct the state of their account before asking a question. The conversation, the current performance picture and the work already underway should be visible in the same place.

This is not an open consumer application. Access is designed for existing AIIMS customers and begins with the business email already associated with the customer record. A one-time verification process connects the person to the correct company account.

The work moves without losing the context.

Inside the client experience, customers can talk directly with the AIIMS people responsible for their work, see connected marketing performance, follow open and completed projects, review items requiring approval, receive account alerts, access invoices and locate shared files.

The design keeps those functions close to the conversation. A task can be reviewed from the thread that created it. A performance question can be asked beside the numbers. A file can remain attached to the project history instead of disappearing into another email chain.

  • Direct conversation with the assigned AIIMS team
  • Connected Google, Meta and call-performance visibility where available
  • Project status and approval actions
  • Account alerts, billing history and shared files
  • A consistent experience across desktop and mobile

Two interfaces. One accountable system.

The other side of the launch is the AIIMS Admin Console. It gives the AIIMS team a live account field around the conversation: the customer record, assigned specialists, connected services, current projects and performance movement.

That matters because speed without context creates poor decisions. By bringing the account picture beside the message, the team can respond with a clearer understanding of what has happened, who owns the next action and which system needs to be updated.

Selected messages can be turned into connected project work, shared files can move into the right storage environment and Nova can help summarise a thread or prepare a draft response. The specialist remains responsible for the decision and the relationship.

Secure access before convenience.

The staged rollout covers web, iOS and Android. Client access depends on the services and integrations connected to each account, so the exact experience may differ between customers during deployment.

The verification model deliberately avoids public self-registration. A recognised work email and a one-time code are used to connect the right person to the right existing customer account. If an address is not recognised or the wrong company appears, the customer is directed back to the AIIMS account owner rather than encouraged to create a duplicate identity.

The strongest client experience is the one that shortens the distance to action.

For AIIMS Group, the app represents a move beyond reporting access. It is an operating layer for a relationship that already spans strategy, search, paid media, production, websites, ecommerce, content, CRM and analytics.

A command centre only earns its name when it helps people decide and move. The AIIMS App has been built to make the next action clearer for both sides of the account.

The work. The numbers. The people. Together.
