A bigger presence.
Closer to your market.
Regional and rural billboard advertising helps a business show up along the routes connecting towns, outer suburbs and local service areas. AIIMS plans the media around the catchment you want to reach.

Start with the catchment
A regional campaign should reflect the area your business actually serves. Tell us the towns, neighbouring communities, highways and approach roads that matter. AIIMS can then assess available billboard formats against the catchment, campaign dates and budget.
For a trade business, local retailer or growing multi-location brand, the creative needs to connect the service with the place. A short offer, recognisable branding and a memorable contact point give the message a practical purpose on the road.
A supplied NSW example
The indicative regional and outer-metro plan covers Tamworth, Wollongong and Vineyard, with five digital display faces in the supplied example. Total media is $7,143 + GST for a proposed four-week plan, approximately one month. Individual displays run for their allocated weeks.
Those locations are an example, not a national rural network. Regional Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and other Australian markets receive a tailored availability and pricing assessment. A rural location is confirmed only when it appears in your final proposal.
Clear artwork and display requirements
Regional billboards need the same disciplined creative as a city campaign: one clear idea, good contrast and a message readable at distance. AIIMS coordinates the design with the media owner’s display specifications and your wider campaign branding.
New designs cost $1,150 + GST each. You can supply artwork for approval. Printed formats, installation, adaptations and any additional production are scoped separately. Forecast audience figures, where supplied, relate to their stated measurement window rather than a guaranteed number of enquiries.
Extend the message without losing the focus
A regional roadside campaign can sit alongside metropolitan billboards or a Sydney bus or taxi brief when your audience travels between markets. The right mix follows the business objective, not a requirement to buy every format.
Share the service area, timing and locations you want to prioritise. We will check suitable options and set out the proposed schedule, media cost and creative requirements in one plan.
Questions before you book
Can I request a highway or rural billboard?
Yes. Supply the route or area in the enquiry. Suitable sites, formats, dates and costs are checked before booking.
Does the NSW plan include all regional locations?
No. It is a specific Tamworth, Wollongong and Vineyard example. Other locations require their own quote.
