Our challenger’s goal was to build a stronger, more consistent national presence ahead of the 1 January 2027 smoke alarm compliance deadline, reorganising already-strong website content into a clearer structure and re-engaging B2C audiences on social media. Alongside this goal and strategy, we also wanted to improve the volume, quality and tracking of leads.
