Nirav
Narainji.

The strategist who gets close enough to the business to shape what happens next.

Nirav works as a genuine growth partner for businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific and international markets. He connects paid media, SEO, content, video, websites and emerging channels around one commercial direction—so the strategy serves the business, not the platform.

Nirav’s operating system

Start with the business. Build the system around it.

Nirav begins with where the business makes money, who the customer is and what is genuinely holding growth back.

Only then does he decide whether the opportunity sits in paid media, content, video, SEO, the website, a new market—or a connected combination. It keeps the strategy commercially grounded while customer discovery continues to change across search, social and AI.

The profile

More than managing the marketing.

As an Account Manager at AIIMS Group, Nirav leads the relationship and wider digital direction for businesses across ecommerce, fitness, professional services, retail, construction, allied health and industrial safety.

He stays close to what is happening commercially: what customers are responding to, what the business is planning next and which opportunities have not yet been explored. That proximity allows him to contribute to the direction of the business instead of simply responding to a marketing brief.

His perspective was also shaped by building and scaling his own ecommerce business. Product, margins, customer acquisition, website performance, content and cash flow were all part of the same decision. That experience still informs the way he connects marketing performance to the reality behind the numbers.

“I want to be close enough to the business that I’m helping shape what happens next, not just marketing what has already been decided.”Nirav Narainji · Personal working belief

From hire business to fitness brand.

Account Manager · Commercial strategist · Rebrand and channel direction

Nirav led a full account re-strategy, moving the focus beyond short-term leads and sales toward a stronger, more recognisable position in Australian fitness. Google Ads, Meta, SEO, video and social content were aligned around one commercial direction, supported by collaborations with professional athletes and fitness personalities.

He also oversaw the move from Pace Fitness Hire into the Kalo brand, protecting existing performance while the business built its next stage of visibility, credibility and growth.

Kelleyaus

A rebrand that created demand.

Digital growth strategist · State budget direction · Full-funnel acquisition

Kelleyaus needed to establish a stronger position in Australia’s portable-building market while generating genuine enquiries across NSW and Queensland. Nirav built a six-campaign Google Ads structure across Search, Performance Max and Display, balancing active demand capture with broader market visibility.

The strategy scaled reach and traffic while improving efficiency. Most importantly, the additional activity became real customer demand: phone enquiries rose 186% against the previous period.

Digital strategist · Shopify launch · Paid media and customer journey

Buckle’s July 2026 Shopify launch created the opportunity to rebuild the digital strategy around ecommerce growth. Nirav connected paid media, website performance, remarketing, product promotion and the customer purchase journey—then used Shopify behaviour to keep refining the plan.

Within the first full month, revenue increased by approximately 200% month on month. The strategy also created a stronger base for improving average order value, repeat purchases and long-term ecommerce performance.

Key movements

Where the strategy widened the opportunity.

Nirav’s work is strongest when the business needs more than an optimisation: a new market, a stronger brand, a connected channel system or a more commercial way to use digital.

01 / Kalo Group

Minimal presence → connected national growth.

A fitness hire business moved into a coordinated Google Ads, Meta, SEO, video and call-tracking strategy while evolving into the Kalo brand.

02 / Fire Response

Australian operator → Pacific demand engine.

Campaign coverage expanded across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji for firefighting, industrial, mining-safety and suppression categories.

03 / MJM Lawyers

Sydney firm → international legal reach.

Google Ads deliberately reached clients across the Philippines, India, Ireland, the UK and beyond for cross-border and diaspora legal needs.

04 / White Spot Group

One operation → trans-Tasman acquisition.

A coordinated campaign structure connected commercial-cleaning demand across both Australia and New Zealand.

Working with Nirav

The standard clients can expect.

Commercial proximity, honest performance judgment and a strategy that keeps moving as the business changes.

01 / Close to the business

Involved beyond the account.

Nirav wants to understand what is changing across the business, what customers are responding to and what the commercial priorities are. That keeps the marketing relevant to what is actually happening.

02 / Commercially focused

The result after the click matters.

Lead quality, sales, revenue, customer behaviour and market position carry more weight than making an isolated platform metric look impressive.

03 / Always building

The strategy never stands still.

Nirav keeps looking for the next useful move: a new creative direction, video, market, offer, audience, website improvement or connected channel opportunity.
