It’s Getting Hot
in SERPs
How AiiMs Group turned a side hustle into a full-time enterprise — navigating one of SEO’s most restrictive verticals to dominate the Eastern Seaboard.
The Brief
A side hustle in a restricted vertical. The only growth lever: organic search.
Peaches Entertainment came to AiiMS Group as a small side business operating in one of the most restricted advertising verticals in Australia. Major paid platforms — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok — either block this category outright or impose severe limitations. Traditional performance marketing was off the table entirely.
The brief was simple: grow the business into a full-time enterprise. The only scalable channel available was SEO. We had to build an organic search engine from scratch, in a category where most agencies won’t go, while navigating platform restrictions, stigma, and technical complexity at every turn.
The Challenges
Restricted. Stigmatised. Technically complex.
Three compounding barriers stood between Peaches and growth.
No Paid Channel Access
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and most programmatic networks restrict or ban adult entertainment advertising outright — leaving organic as the only scalable growth lever.
Category Stigma & Indexation Risk
Adult content triggers aggressive spam filters, conservative link profiles, and conservative indexation decisions by search engines — all requiring specialist handling.
Zero SEO Foundation
The site had no structured content architecture, no meaningful backlink profile, no keyword strategy, and minimal technical SEO. We were building from zero.
The Strategy
Six pillars. One objective: own the SERP.
AiiMS Group built a full-spectrum SEO infrastructure designed specifically for a restricted-category brand. Every decision was made with Google’s quality guidelines in mind — while maximising commercial visibility.
Technical SEO Overhaul
Full audit and remediation — crawl architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonical structure, mobile performance and indexation controls rebuilt from scratch.
Keyword Architecture
Mapped 12,000+ keyword opportunities across informational, navigational and commercial intent. Prioritised high-volume, low-competition terms for fastest traction.
Content Engine
Sustained volume of SEO-optimised content across category pages, buyer guides and informational articles — structured to capture every stage of the purchase funnel.
E-E-A-T Signal Building
Author credentials, editorial standards, product expertise signals and structured data — demonstrating experience, expertise, authority and trustworthiness to Google.
Link Acquisition
Conservative, quality-first backlink strategy appropriate for the category — avoiding toxic profiles while steadily building domain authority through relevant, editorial placements.
Conversion Optimisation
Traffic alone doesn’t win. Category page UX, product discovery flows and checkout friction addressed in parallel to ensure organic traffic converted at a commercial rate.
The Insight
“When you can’t buy your way to the top, you have to earn it. That’s exactly what makes this result so significant — every session, every dollar of revenue, every ranking was built, not bought.”

The Takeaway
SEO is the only channel that works while you sleep — and scales without a media budget.
Most brands treat SEO as a supplement to paid media. For Peaches Entertainment, it had to be everything. And it delivered — an 8,392% increase in organic revenue, 3,585 page-one rankings, and industry recognition for innovation in a category that most agencies won’t touch.
The lesson isn’t just about this vertical. It’s about what happens when a business is forced to earn its search presence rather than buy it. The infrastructure, the discipline, and the compounding nature of SEO — these results are available to any brand willing to commit.
