The Brief

A side hustle that needed to become a business

Peaches Entertainment offers topless waitresses and female strippers across coastal Australia. Before approaching AiiMS Group, the business had tried Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram — all rejected or ineffective in this restricted vertical. Even print brochures had produced negligible return.

With every paid channel closed, the client’s Customer Experience Manager recommended an SEO-led strategy. This was new territory for AiiMS Group — their first campaign in adult entertainment.

Starting conditions were stark: 40 ranking keywords, just 6 on page one, and 96 monthly organic visitors.

The Challenges

Three problems to solve from day one

A competitive audit of Peaches and its rivals revealed clear structural gaps — and a vertical where Google’s adult content guidelines add ranking risk that simply doesn’t exist elsewhere.

01
📄
Thin, undifferentiated content
Existing pages lacked depth and geographic specificity. Competitors had rich model listings with location data; Peaches had generic copy with no local relevance.
02
🧭
Poor UX and site navigation
The site made it hard for users to find the right model for their location or event type — reducing both engagement and the conversion signals Google rewards.
03
🚫
Restricted channel landscape
Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram were all unavailable. Every growth metric depended entirely on organic search — with no paid safety net to fall back on.
Strategy and Implementation

Five tactics, one restricted vertical

Research confirmed the audience was location-based and searching with high intent. The strategy was to out-execute competitors, not out-spend them.

01
Location page redesign
Rebuilt page templates with new CTAs and a custom CMS script to dynamically pull only locally-tagged models into each area page. Covered 8 locations: Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Central Coast, Hunter, Newcastle, and Wollongong.
02
Filter tag UX overhaul
Rebuilt filtering by location, occasion type, and personality — giving users a faster path to booking while improving Google’s structural understanding of the site.
03
Sustainable CMS backend
Built a model management backend so the client could independently add and remove talent — removing agency dependency for routine updates and enabling long-term growth without ongoing production costs.
04
Google Business Profile strategy
After ranking #1 for “topless waitresses Gold Coast,” the team noticed a competitor’s GMB panel occupying the SERP knowledge card. They created and optimised 6 new GBP profiles across all priority locations, claiming that visual real estate.
05
Reddit UGC engagement
Identified Reddit threads dominating the “topless waitress Brisbane” SERP. By engaging authentically in those conversations with a link to the Peaches site, they earned placement inside a high-authority SERP result — a tactic rarely deployed in any vertical.

The nature of this business automatically rendered other channels ineffective. The optimisation process required a high level of creativity — we hadn’t covered this vertical before in SEO.
