Four global finalist entries · official shortlist ↗Different markets.
Shared discipline.
A family comparing early education, a customer seeking a local air conditioning specialist and a jeweller buying technology do not need the same website. They do need clarity, trust and a route to act. These nine client projects show how AIIMS applies that discipline across sectors.

Visit website ↗Hycool Air Conditioning
Website · Local Services
A Sydney air conditioning site built around transparent installed pricing, seasonal offers, finance at the point of interest and local trust.
Read the award story
Hycool Air Conditioning and Electrical competes in one of Sydney’s most competitive local services markets. The site was built to win on trust, transparency and technical performance. It scores 99/100 on PageSpeed. A seasonal campaign hero, four-objection answer block, visible installed pricing, Brighte Finance and the Ronald McDonald House community partnership each address a different barrier to conversion.
Visit website ↗City of Future Builders
Website · Cultural
A pre-launch digital experience for six Emirati cultural worlds that makes the site the start of the adventure.
Read the award story
The UAE’s first immersive Emirati cultural family adventure uses poetic language, a draggable six-world carousel, a passport stamp mechanic and the line “Not a playground. Not a kids museum.” The aim was to build anticipation before the doors opened. Its first 1,000 registrations came from zero paid traffic.
Visit website ↗CashPal
Website · Credit & Lending
A lending experience designed to reduce anxiety through an interactive loan slider, clearer terms and visible trust signals.
Read the award story
CashPal operates in Australia’s short-term lending category. The website replaces a conventional contact form with an interactive loan slider. “No credit score impact” appears in the hero; a live applicant count and five-platform review bar help borrowers assess trust. Its warm conversational tone deliberately breaks from the category’s usual pressure.
Visit website ↗Nurtured Education & Care
Website · Education
A warm, parent-first enrolment journey for a family-owned childcare centre in Gladesville.
Read the award story
The architecture follows the decision parents make when choosing early education. Testimonials are organised by child age; a six-program curriculum carousel explains the range; a CCS eligibility calculator and “Limited Places Available” module support the next step. The site feels personal and trustworthy, like the centre itself. Warmth is the conversion strategy.
Visit website ↗Collaborate PM
Website · Construction
An authority-led site for Tier 1 procurement, foregrounding $2 billion in project value and named contractor testimony.
Read the award story
The boutique South Australian firm has 20 years of experience and more than 200 projects. Its site leads with the founder’s philosophy, the CBS Building Work Supervisor licence and $2 billion in value delivered. Named testimonials from Walker Corporation, Delta Group and FDC help show Tier 1 procurement teams the level at which Collaborate PM operates.

Website · Events
A modern enquiry journey that preserves the heritage of a Sydney events institution founded in 1955.
Read the award story
The digital rebuild translates 70 years of earned trust into a modern experience. The Victorian and Lemnos venues each receive their own narrative under one brand, with capacity visible at hero level: 110–320 and 320–580 guests respectively. Twenty-three testimonials and a dedicated cultural weddings thread make the experience more specific and personal.
Visit website ↗Rate Seeker
Website · Financial Services
A mortgage site that makes lending clearer and puts a live charitable-impact counter at its centre.
Read the award story
Rateseeker has settled $2.5 billion in loans. Each settled loan triggers a charitable contribution through B1G1, shown in a live counter reporting 4.9 million lives affected. A plain-English three-step process, “Find My Rate” interaction and search-ready FAQs replace the complexity common to mortgage sites.
Visit website ↗SDL Australia
Website · Health Care Services
A patient journey built around the four-phase SDL Pathway and the Bare Skin Movement across four Sydney clinics.
Read the award story
SDL positions itself as a movement rather than a skincare clinic. The four-phase SDL Pathway guides visitors through the patient journey instead of a service catalogue. Live clinic status, advance consent forms, real client photography and social proof support conversion while a restrained clinical palette communicates authority without sterility.
Visit website ↗GemIQ
Website · eCommerce
A global B2B ecommerce platform for jewellery photography technology, organised by customer intent.
Read the award story
GemIQ’s technology is trusted by more than 20,000 jewellers across over 100 countries. The website serves professional trade buyers and direct ecommerce. Customer-type navigation, a global trade-show calendar, WhatsApp sales integration and multi-currency configuration support the international journey. Its dark, precise design mirrors the quality of GemLightbox imagery.
